The goal of the After School Program is to promote balanced eating, active living, and personal wellness through games, crafts, activities, workshops, and discussions.

Balanced Eating

Program participants are given a healthy and well balanced snack each day.

 

Active Living

Children and youth will participate in activities that are active and fun! This helps them integrate physical activity into their lives daily.

 

Personal Wellness

Program leaders teach and model appropriate social skills. Activities are created that will strengthen and develop confidence and self-esteem.

 

These 3 core components are stepping stones to a healthy lifestyle!!
